Private Chef

We offer private on-site chef services to meet a variety of your needs.  Whether you would like to host a business dinner, an intimate family gathering or a celebration among friends, we will work with you to create a customized menu. We come to you directly with ingredients based on your unique menu.  We are based in Europe and generally service Lyon, the Rhone-Alps region and Switzerland. Cooking Classes

If our recipes have piqued your curiosity, and you would like to learn more in an interactive environment, our in-home cooking classes are perfect for you. These classes range from one-on-one to group experiences on cooking basics such as braising meats, making sauces and pasta cookery. A personal favorite of our clients' is Giuseppe's personalized Neapolitan pizza class. We come to you in the comfort of your home with ingredients and walk you through the rest. For extra fun, make the course a party! Learn to cook and eat the results. Culinary Tours

We offer customized private and group culinary tours of the Amalfi Coast and the Monti Lattari region of Italy. This region is renowned for its mozzarella, Fiori di Latte, San Marzano tomatoes, Grangnano Pasta and Lacrima di Cristo wine. We offer one, three and five-day tours in partnership with our colleague, Giancarlo owner of the beautiful Bed and Breakfast World Center Resort in the heart of the Amalfi.
